Marlena is professional, friendly and knowledgable. The salon is clean and you always get a warm blanket, pretty welcome in winter :) the whole procedure and treatment is thoroughly explained and she takes time to patiently answer all of your questions. She explains what you can potentially expect as a result, downtime, healing and how many treatments may realistically produce a result . She uses sterile equipment and opens new needles (in case of dermapen) in front of you. Before every step she explains what will happen and checks on you during the whole procedure, ensuring you are ok and adjusting the treatment if needed. You will also have the after care explained.
I would say she goes above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and get the best results. Overall highly recommend it!
